Our hands are our life. If you’ve suffered a hand injury or are experiencing pain, it’s important to seek appropriate treatment.

We understand that sometimes you may not be able to attend one of our clinics for a variety of reasons. Online hand therapy consultations are designed to help you keep your rehab and treatment plan on track, regardless of where you live.

BOOK A TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT

• Your therapist will assess, diagnose, demonstrate and help you complete exercises and self treatment just the same as a face-to-face session.
• You will receive a personalised video treatment plan with voiceover instructions.
• We’ll organise our clinic suppliers to send you any splint or exercise equipment that you might need to use at home.

Online video hand therapy (telehealth) consultations are suitable for almost all hand therapy conditions, including:

TELEHEALTH:
HOW IT WORKS

Prior to your initial appointment you will receive an email with a new patient form to fill in and easy to follow instructions for the video consult set up.

You will need:

• a stable internet connection
• a smartphone, or
• a laptop with inbuilt camera and microphone, or
• a desktop computer with a webcam and microphone.

You will receive an email invitation to our platform which you will accept and have open at your consultation time.

Your therapist will have already reviewed your detailed history from the new patient form filled in prior to the session.
