My approach to care: I want to support my patients in their treatment journey by providing clear education and thorough assessments for that “ah-ha!” moment of insight. I believe that knowing the symptoms and challenges, having confidence in the treatment, rehabilitation process and home exercise program will help my clients recover from their injury or condition.
I love playing sports in my free time, and right now I am hooked on kickboxing and baseball but you’ll find me in my favourite place on the couch during grand slam season.
