Melbourne Hand Rehab educational hand therapy online seminar (webinar) series. These seminars are FREE and cover commonly occurring hand therapy conditions.

 

Our webinars are presented via Zoom by our experienced hand therapists and feature an interactive Q&A segment. They designed to help you learn more about your hand condition and recovery.

    Information designed to help you reduce the pain symptoms of arthritis including: massaging techniques, splint options and exercises.

    We discuss the conditions the arise when handling a new born baby including: ‘Mum & Dad’s Thumb’, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis and techniques on how to hold and manage your new baby.

    Pain and symptoms associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis and techniques to manage them. The SARAH Management Program, a ‘stretch and strengthening’ program which is specifically designed to help the Rheumatoid Arthritis condition.
