Fantastic, very professional, very effective. We came to see Jess to help my 8 year old son improve his handwriting. Jess guided him through exercises each week and he has made huge improvements. I've had De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis since February 2020. Since seeing Melissa, I have seen huge improvements. My wrist mobility has improved, the pain has decreased and my grip strength is gradually improving. Melissa is friendly and knowledgeable and has been able to teach me some great exercises to do at home, that have significantly sped up my recovery.

Paul Fitzpatrick is amazing. I went to him with tennis and golf elbows. The first thing he did was listen to me, listen to how I got the injury, then agreed on what "rest" would look like. Then easy stretches to get past the healing phase, then into strengthening, then endurance and finally back to sports again. His process was great, logical, and it worked.
