Jess is a fantastic therapist and exceptionally knowledgable. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
I was in a major motorbike accident and broke my left shoulder and right wrist...This has lead me having to relearn how to do almost everything I've ever know how to do. Melbourne Hand Rehab has been integral in helping me relearn and regain my skills. Thanks Jess & Claire.
Liz Le has been great. She has made a great and positive difference in the way I exercise and manage pain. In that, of course, there's also positive psychological benefits in daily life.
Great people and very helpful.
When I began my treatment for RA my hands were so weak - I have fingers that have deformities. After going through the 6 month treatment plus consistent exercises, my hand strength has improved, tripled actually. I can write without pain. I am proud of what I have achieved here. I am also grateful for Jess and her constant help with my fingers. I would surely recommend this clinic to my friends and anyone who is having problems with RA.
A thumb injury on a background of arthritis meant I couldn't do crucial procedures at work as an emergency specialist doctor. Jess listened, assessed thoroughly and planned my rehab. She slowed me down if I tried to do too much, but pushed me when I was slacking. She always explained the what and why of the therapy. I would absolutely recommend her. I can now do what I need to do at work with confidence.
I have been so impressed with Mina’s genuine care and compassion and professional guidance. In a few months the movement and flexibility in my hand with arthritis has been remarkable and the pain significantly decreased. Most appreciated.
After 9 months of an ongoing finger injury, I came in to see Jess and have had great results! She was thorough and extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend Jess and the clinic more broadly
Mina has been guiding me through my rehab from an electrical burn. Mina is very welcoming, empathetic and most of all professional. He provides challenging and rewarding programs. I highly recommend.
I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome with various hand issues requiring different therapies and attention. Not only has Jess dramatically improved my functioning, she assisted in navigating through to a successful NDIS application. Without her knowledge and support to myself and my multi-disciplinary team, I would not have achieved it having two rejections previously. I am thrilled to keep working with Jess.
Jess has been amazing in getting my finger back to full strength and mobility. She was very attentive and really made me feel at ease through the whole process. Highly recommend Jess and the team.
I've been seeing Mina for a Mallet finger injury and he has been excellent. Really informative, calm and answered all my questions with easy to understand rationales. He is also very personable, welcoming and a practitioner I'd recommend to others 🙂
My wife Ann has a left wrist which is arthritic. She fell and cracked the bone in the same area which increased the pain. She was placed in the care of Mina who is a skilled young man with a pleasant personality. He was able to provide treatment that resulted in a reduction of pain and a significant increase in mobility. We are pleased to recommend his services at Melbourne Hand Rehab.
I went through hand surgery In Feb and I was worried about my upcoming days with this hand (what if i cant move my hand like before and lots of things was going in my mind) but Melbourne Hand Rehab which is located in North Essendon helped me a lot. Special thanks to Jess Cauchi who guided me properly throughout all the steps, I really do appreciate that, and also Amanda (receptionist) is really nice and welcoming. Not only Amanda, other receptionists they are nice too. I got discharged today and I am excited for next chapter of my life with recovered hand in my sport life and work life. Highly recommend this place and Jess Cauchi as your practitioner.
What can I say about The Team <3 I loved going to this place, they have such a great energy amongst them. I injured my thumb / wrist from serving gelato, and I am a pianist, so it was really important for me to get the right help. Thank You to Alicia on reception, Morgan and Rigel, I am so grateful to them and my thumb/wrist is stronger than ever :D
I went to this clinic with only minimal expectations for my sore wrist, but within two months it is almost back to normal thanks to Ben and the team at Melbourne Hand Rehab. The place is easy to find. It's a nice vibe and most importantly the methods were well explained, easy and effective. Thank you all.
I have only had two sessions with Morgan so far and she has been able to drastically improve my pain levels and range of motion in my wrist. The clinic is easy to find, the staff are all very friendly and professional. Can’t wait to keep working with Morgan. Can’t recommend her or the clinic enough!
My son was seen by Morgan after fracturing his hand and she was amazing. She made him feel at ease and explained everything she was going to do step by step.
Have had such a great experience here – my OT is Claire and she is super friendly, professional and has helped me recover from a serious injury over the last 12 months! Definitely recommend!
I have seen Rigel at Melbourne Hand Rehab for my wrist injury and highly recommend him. He's friendly, professional, thorough and practical with treatment planning. My wrist has progressed in his anticipated trajectory and I'm thrilled!
Fantastic experience. Isabelle took care so well of my hand and helped me to come back to my active life. Excellent professional and human, she literally saved my hand from a horrible tendinitis. I am very thankful for her awesome work with me. Highly recommended.
I had CTR surgery and began hand therapy with Claire Robinson. From the beginning I found each session to be conducted in a friendly, professional and systematic way. I am very happy with the treatment I have received and the administrative system in place at Melbourne Hand Rehab.
