Our Mill Park clinic is growing and we’re looking for our next amazing team member! We currently have a full time Hand Therapist position available for this site!

At Melbourne Hand Rehab, treating hands is our passion—and it’s what we’ve been doing for over 30 years. During that time, we’ve helped thousands of people across Melbourne recover from hand, wrist and upper limb injuries, so they can get back to doing the things they love.

About the role:

As our Mill Park clinic continues to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Hand Therapist to join our supportive and collaborative team in Melbourne’s north. If you’re looking for a rewarding career where you can make a real difference in people’s lives while working alongside experienced clinicians, we’d love to hear from you!

We welcome applications from both Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists with a strong background in hand and upper limb rehabilitation. The successful candidate will be stepping into an established clinic with a strong referral network, a collaborative team culture, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care.

What we’re looking for:

• The successful candidate will have/be:
  • Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with demonstrated hand therapy experience
  • Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills across a range of upper limb conditions
  • Enthusiasm for splinting, post-surgical rehabilitation and injury management
  • A team player who communicates well and builds strong relationships with patients and referrers alike
