Hydrotherapy is coming to Melbourne Hand Rehab North Essendon in January 2026!

We’re excited to announce that Hydrotherapy sessions will soon be available from our North Essendon clinic, starting January 2026!

These sessions will be held at the Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre, just a short drive from our North Essendon clinic, every Wednesday at 4:00pm.

At Melbourne Hand Rehab, we use hydrotherapy for:

• Specific injury management
• Pain management
• General reconditioning
• Return-to-work strengthening
• Post-surgical recovery

Your therapist will design a personalised exercise program tailored to your goals. Each session gradually progresses using water resistance, specialised equipment, and functional exercises. Sessions are conducted in small group settings to provide both guidance and support throughout your recovery journey.
