Julia has a special interest in treating:
Julia has exercise in fabricating:
Julia attended the University of Melbourne to complete her Doctor of Physiotherapy degree. During her studies she completed placements in a wide range of settings including NDIS, acute hospital, stroke rehabilitation, community and outpatient settings. She has also completed a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Human Structure and Function.
After completing her studies, Julia worked in a public health service providing care within inpatient, outpatient and community settings. She has worked with a variety of patients, such as patients post fracture and joint replacement, and has a particular interest in the care of older adults.
My approach to care: I strongly believe in a holistic approach to therapy, as people should never be defined by their injuries. I aim to provide therapy that is evidence-based, meaningful and tailored to help achieve the specific needs of each person I treat.
In my spare time you can find me doing anything crafty, such as knitting or sewing, cooking, playing music or reading a good book. I am also an avid skier once we get into the colder months.
Julia is available for consultation at the following clinics:
