Our team have been taking care of Melbourne’s hands for over 30 years, and during that time we’ve helped thousands of people get back to doing what they love after a hand injury or condition. We’re excited that our MHR family is growing and we’re looking for our next team member to join us over in the west!

About the role:

Melbourne Hand Rehab Caroline Springs is seeking an experienced Hand Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. We welcome applications from both Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists with a strong background in hand and upper limb rehabilitation. The successful candidate will be stepping into an established clinic with a strong referral network, a collaborative team culture, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care.

What we’re looking for:

• The successful candidate will have/be:
  • Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with demonstrated hand therapy experience
  • Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills across a range of upper limb conditions
  • Enthusiasm for splinting, post-surgical rehabilitation and injury management
  • A team player who communicates well and builds strong relationships with patients and referrers alike
