09 Dec Welcome Joe Prince
We’re thrilled to welcome Joe Prince, an experienced Occupational Therapist to our North Essendon Clinic!
Joe has over 8 years of experience working in hand therapy across both the public and private hospital systems in the UK and Australia. After serving 6 years in the British Armed Forces, Joe pursued a career in hand therapy following his exposure to the vital work of hand therapists at the Military Rehabilitation Hospital, Headley Court. Since then, he has worked at leading London hospitals including The Royal London Hospital, University College Hospital London, the renowned Pulvertaft Hand Centre, and has also run the hand therapy clinic at The Cromwell Hospital in Kensington.
Joe has a special interest in the management of Dupuytren’s disease, distal radius fractures, and De Quervain’s tenosynovitis. His approach to care is patient-centred and evidence-based, with a strong focus on restoring hand function, independence, and confidence. Joe works closely with his patients to set meaningful goals and empower them throughout their rehabilitation journey.
