Our Caroline Springs & Werribee clinics are hiring! Are you interested in joining a strong, passionate & caring team? We currently have two positions available, part-time administrator role at our Caroline Springs clinic & full-time administrator role at our Werribee clinic.

At Melbourne Hand Rehab, treating hands is our passion and we love what we do! Our team have been taking care of Melbourne’s hands for over 30 years, and during that time we’ve helped thousands of people get back to doing what they love after a hand injury or condition. We’re excited that our MHR family is growing and we’re looking for our next team members to join us over in the west!

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your role will involve managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and provide exceptional administrative support. Therefore, we want to ensure a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our clinic.

What We’re Looking For:

Passionate and Caring Attitude: We need someone who genuinely cares about helping others and is excited about contributing to our patients’ recovery journeys.
Friendly and Professional Demeanour: Our patients appreciate engaging with a warm and competent front desk team. Your ability to interact with patients and create a welcoming atmosphere is crucial.
Efficiency and Quick Thinking: The phones and front desk can get busy! We’re looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced environment and respond quickly when needed.
