Our team have been taking care of Melbourne’s hands for over 30 years, and during that time we’ve helped thousands of people get back to doing what they love after a hand injury or condition. We’re excited that our MHR family is growing and we’re looking for our next team member to join us over in the east!
Melbourne Hand Rehab is seeking a full-time Hand Therapist to join our Boronia clinic. This role is open to qualified Occupational Therapists or Physiotherapists, with a strong interest in upper limb rehabilitation. Applicants with at least 1 year of hand therapy experience are encouraged to apply.

About the role:
- Full-time position based at our Boronia clinic
- Treat a broad range if hand and upper limb conditions
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, GP’s and allied health referrers
- Deliver evidence-based, patient centered care
- Opportunities for ongoing professional development and skill progression
About you:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
- Minimum 1 year experience in hand therapy (preferred)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Passion for upper limb rehabilitation and patient outcomes
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
