Experience & Professional Development
Winnie has navigated diverse healthcare settings prior to joining Melbourne Hand Rehab. She had experience in neuro-rehabilitation both through her student placements at Monash University and professional work post-graduation, where she conducted goniometry assessments and designed upper limb therapy programs to assist stroke patients in regaining their hand functions.
Transitioning to community-based private practice, Winnie honed her skills in adapting daily activities for individuals living with arthritis and Parkinson’s disease. This experience not only deepened her understanding of the importance of hand functions but also further reaffirmed her longstanding career goal of expanding her expertise in treating hand injuries and conditions.
