Alex is a certified SARAH (program for rheumatoid arthritis) hand therapist and the presenter of our Managing Chronic Wrist Pain & the SMoC Program on-demand webinar
Alex attended Swinburne University of Technology, completing his Master’s in Occupational Therapy practice. Alex became passionate about the hand and upper limb during an 8-week placement at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. During his degree, Alex has also had experiences in mental health and paediatric settings.

Presentation of poster and evidence review on the safety and efficacy of commencing early active motion between days 7-10 following flexor tendon repair.
My approach to care: I am passionate about seeing progress and change in others. Hence, I utilise a client-centred and strength-based approach to practice to help my patients overcome their physical limitations and return to the activities they value.
Outside of work Alex enjoys playing basketball, going to the gym and watching Essendon win finals.
