Experience & Professional Development

I completed a clinical placement at the Royal Melbourne Hospital Neurosurgery and Community Therapy Services with the Neurology team. I also gained experience at Austin Health in their Hand Therapy Unit. These opportunities have expanded my skills and fueled my passion for helping patients, upper limb rehab and hand therapy.

I previously worked at an NDIS provider company, working with a variety of disabilities to reach their goals.

Attendances:

  • Healthia Graduate Conference | 2025
  • Hand Faculty Early Career Fellowship in Hand Therapy | 2024

About Victoria

My approach to care is centered on the client, prioritising their needs and goals above all else. By fostering open communication and collaboration, I empower clients to actively participate in their health journey, aiming to enhance their well-being and achieve meaningful outcomes together.

Outside of work I enjoy a netball and spending my time surrounded by family and friends. My experience playing sports developed my interest in hand and upper limb injuries, experiencing first hand treatment options.
